Remove occupancy from output #38

The occupancy isn't provided anymore by the API since 2017: https://opendata.ch/2017/06/search-ch-rettet-transport-opendata-ch/ / https://github.com/OpendataCH/Transport/issues/163

Since we now have more space available, I renamed the "Chg." column to "Changes".
