This would be useful. It seems that with a DAE model there are some simulation settings not getting set to their "default" values when loading the CellML directly into the python via the run_python CLI script. Loading the model into the GUI works as the solver "default" values seem to work fine. Loading the model into the GUI and then exporting a SED-ML to load directly into the Python works fine.
