Release on Scoop #82

Scoop is a commandline package manager for Windows which is gaining a lot of traction lately. Scoop repositories (called "buckets") are just git repositories. Submitting an app to one of them is as easy as sending a pull request with a simple json manifest file. See for example: Lame Scoop
