Change Agree/Disagree Scores (2x for each of 6 issues)

If Agree/Disagree score is less than zero, then make it zero.

If greater than 100, make it 100.

This was Barren Dates' fault. Not Marron Ga, Verge Sartanov, or Poel Jerkins.
