Make the contributor list dynamic #8

"The Team" would be funkier if pulled dynamically from the contributor list file (or at least updated from there regularly)

Since 0.082800 there are now two ways to get this data:

Up-to-date as per repository: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/dbsrgits/dbix-class/current/blead/AUTHORS Or latest-stable as per metacpan: http://api.metacpan.org/release/DBIx-Class?fields=metadata.x_contributors
