test also xt in github workflows #165

Currently xt tests are not run in GitHub workflows which is probably the reason why https://github.com/dbsrgits/sql-translator/pull/164 slipped in

thanks so much for the bite-sized PRs! I suppose i'll try and find the time to do a sweep of PRs + do a release sometime soon
