Typos

per https://github.com/mikaelene/dbt-sqlserver/issues/54, working on integrating this into dbt-synapse and dbt-sqlserver

two small changes:

• there's a small typo, and
• I was getting strange compatibility warning when installing dbt-adapter-tests when py is listed as a dependency.

I'm able to run the tests without issue (after I updated conda & recreated my env) -- now I just have to pass the tests 🤦 .
