Description & motivation

The dbt_project.yml fell out of sync with the actual released version, this gets them back together. Fixes #152

Talked with @joellabes -- because this has no bearing on functionality, it's better to leave this un-updated than arbitrarily try to keep it in sync. We may revisit in the future.
