Redshift sample_source Improvement #152

Describe the feature

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Our team recently set up this package. While going through the Redshift sample_source example we identified some doc improvements like how the database should be the local redshift DB, not the Lakeformation external DB. Also we'd like to document the file_format parameter which is the only way to ingest parquet.

Before I go ahead and create a PR I just wanted to this is something the maintainers would be interested in. Thanks

What kind of use case will this feature be useful for? Please be specific and provide examples, this will help us prioritize properly.
