Package not currently compatible with dbt-redshift >= 1.5 #200

Describe the bug

With dbt-redshift 1.5 - we've replaced psycogpy2 with Amazon's own redshift_connector which is currently causing tests to fail (example). Need to investigate what and how to fix it to make it compatible.
