Current Behavior

Docker images show up here: https://github.com/dbt-labs/dbt-core/pkgs/container/dbt-postgres

Expected Behavior

Docker images should show up under the Packages section here: https://github.com/dbt-labs/dbt-postgres and here: https://github.com/orgs/dbt-labs/packages?repo_name=dbt-postgres

Steps To Reproduce

Perform a Docker release and go looking for it.
