CI

We don't currently run any automated CI on the Presto adapter. We should run at least:

flake8
unit tests

The quality of CI will improve significantly as we add integration tests (#12).

Releases

Same as Spark

Addressed to the best of our current ability in #18. As our release cadence for dbt-core improves (bumpversion --> GitHub tag --> pypi), the plugins can follow.
