issue with seeding for 0.21.0 #78

seems that the basic_load_csv_rows is not there in the dbt-core (0.21.0) anymore. Is there anyone has the same issue with seeding for 0.21.0 ?

ok, the problem is that the macro is still there in the repository but on included in the pip package on centos8

sorry it was a local issue that was solved after a proper pip update
