[ADAP-483] Archive dbt-spark-odbc-test-container #738

This is blocked by sunsetting version 1.0.

Once version 1.0 is no longer supported, this container repository can be removed. We should no longer need it as we will no longer be testing against Databricks.

To be safe, we should ensure this is not being used anywhere else.
