[Feature] Support HTTP transport protocol for Thrift method

Describe the feature

Context:

• Spark Thrift Server (HiveServer2 compatible) uses Thrift method through binary or http/https transport protocol.
• PyHive also supports to create Hive connection through schemes (hive, hive+http, hive+https): https://github.com/dropbox/PyHive/blob/master/pyhive/hive.py#L146-L285

Problem: Currently, dbt-spark only supports binary protocol for Thrift method.

Solution: Update dbt-spark connection base on PyHive connection scheme to support HTTP/HTTPS (SSL cert).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Anyone is using dbt with Spark thrift method.
