What are you changing in this pull request and why?

The example permission grants on the Postgres Permissions page are not valid syntax for Postgres. This change amends the relevant SQL statements to allow a user to get started with a minimal set of permissions when running dbt in a Postgres database.

• [ ] Add an entry for deleted pages in website/vercel.json
• [ ] Run link testing locally with npm run build to update the links that point to deleted pages
