When setting a native connection with a repo in GitLab the provider suggests changes after every `dbt plan/apply` #194

This needs to be investigated further but in some situations, setting up the GitLab repo via the native integration makes the provider think that changes are always required. This might require changes to the dbt Cloud backend.

Pretty sure I fixed it in 0.2.14
