adding star.sql to macros for dbt compile to with nonexistent referenced tables

This PR has already been submitted to sbt-labs/dbt-utils. dbt-utils PR

@swanjson So since it's now part of dbt-utils, it's not needed here anymore or am I misunderstanding? If you need to override for sqlserver, make sure your macro starts with sqlserver__
