problem setting up #13

it happens only on the first run

~ php app/console fos:elastica:populate Luiss-MacBook-Pro-3 [14:27:53] Resetting projects

[InvalidArgumentException] No providers were registered for index "projects".

fos:elastica:populate [--index[="..."]] [--type[="..."]] [--no-reset]

this is a documentation issue, not a bug. i just pushed a minimal bit of documentation. the gist is that i don't use elastica populate at all, but a command i now call dashboard:synchronize
