what command do you need?

@dbu in the future we can launch this command to bootstrap work on individual issues

The main thing is that we don't want to switch branch but rather make sure it is a clean from 0 environment and we dont' want to be running composer install all again etc, having a directory dedicated per branch seems more useful to me when speed is the case, if i am wrong and you disagree well we can disagree :baby:

i am thinking in a command to setup a clone but for trying PRs, for QA
