filter only issues on issues tab as well #22

often times we are looking for issues alone, not PRs type of issues which in github list they get mixed also on github dashboard. I would like to just get a clean list of open issues that are not PRs so that i can read them through to detect actionable issues.

agreed. we could do a "All" tab with both issues and PRs and then Pulls and Issues tab.
