[ ] create a comand to do table PR questionary and send PR
[ ] integrate the IRC command to run IRC bot searching tickets from dashboard

if needed then we can add the dependency when it is ready

cool, like the initiative. i can well imagine that the 2 remain each stand alone, as the dashboard runs on a server, while the tools run on a dev machine. we might also get fabpot to share some of his cool tools he showed in warsaw.
