Minor documentation cleanup and updates #8

  1. Address markdownlint errors (except for the "no trailing punctuation in headings" rule)
  2. Fix a typo
  3. Clarify that the resistors should be 1/4 watt (rather than 1/2 watt). I got lucky that the resistors I ordered were accidentally 1/4 watt, as the 1/2 watts I had on hand wouldn't have fit on the board.
