Set Eagle Scout Published Date equal to the Board of Review date. #36

Setting the published date equal to the Board of Review date will return Eagle Scouts in the proper order when querying Eagle Scout posts.

Should we remove the Board of Review date and simply use the Published Date? can we override the published date?
