Description

Minor and major updates to composer packages.

Motivation and Context

Updating packages are important for security and functionality updates.

How Has This Been Tested?

All existing unit tests pass. I also ran through the website too to verify everything is functioning as expected.

Types of changes

[ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
[ ] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
[X] Enhancement/Security (non-breaking change which is not noticeable to end users)
