Add blurb to README.md about installing check-sieve #27

Now that there's an Arch package for check-sieve, an "Installing" section should be added to the README.md.

pacman -S check-sieve

Not really, this is an AUR package so that means it's not an official package, thus not usable with pacman. There are a lot a package managers for AUR out there, the most popular being yaourt. So the command would be yaourt -S check-sieve but you should also include a link to the package itself.
