More string types #189

After !341, we still have a few string types that could use specific types (and hence checked for conformance):

dbus address
guid

Please add what I missed.

Thinking more about this, these strings are rarely hand-types by people so I'm not sure there's a need for types. We should (and do) check for validity though.
