Good to have, given we have that for time and chrono crates.

Sounds trivial. Care to do the honors? Looking at the Serialize impl, the signature should just be (u64, u32)::signature().

Sorry, I was treating you as a newcommer. From experience, new comers don't seem to randomly come here and pick up issues marked as such, despite me advertising on social media etc. :disappointed:
