Better interface for sign-up availability #301

Our current Google Sheets based signup form is bad for indicating when you are available. It's a giant grid of boxes, which are: a) hard to read b) annnoying to fill out c) always in Moonbase Time, not the user's timezone

A combination of a & c, in particular, leads to mistakes for people in far-forward timezones (eg. Australia) where "Sunday" Moonbase time is on Monday.

A better interface would be some kind of calendar-based thing where people can add in ranges of their available times. We should investigate tools we can use for this.
