Better "generate videos" system #339

We use this to split the run into torrent videos. Manually managing the timestamps and generated videos is annoying. A small amount of automation, treating it like events, would go a long way.

Can reuse normal video processing with local upload backend
Except that we want holes to cause multiple file outputs, this will need some special handling in the cutter
sheetsync probably needs a special column map for the seperate sheet.
