thrimbletrimmer: Zoom in on audio waveform #381

Sometimes it would be useful to be able to zoom into a shorter time range within the waveform image. I'm not sure what the UX for this would look like. From a backend perspective no changes are required as you can just request a new image over a smaller range.

Possible suggestion: allow widening that whole region (including both the waveform and, to an equal extent, the video progress bar, so that the two remain aligned). I haven't checked whether this would be more annoying or helpful; I suspect some experimentation is in order to determine which.
