Some features around playlist management to make auditing and fixing mistakes easier.

Ability to audit a playlist and say "these things are in the wrong order"
- Ability to push an extra button to fix it
Ability to audit a playlist and say "I don't know about these video IDs at all, that are in these positions"
An output mode that just gives you a text file of "# - video title" per-playlist
- Where # is "playlist position" and the 2nd part there is self-explanatory (for visual inspection when something goes wrong / api breaks / etc) (preferably in-order, if possible)

Related to https://github.com/dbvideostriketeam/wubloader/issues/386 work, which also involves checking and re-ordering playlists.
