Document what is out from the course #8

There are some things we are leaving out from this course. We should document this and eventually use as input for coming improvement work. It would also be ideal to see "whats out" and "whats in".

My focus is partly development tools, test techniques and closly related items. Things that is nice to know and things that could take part in other courses.

ORM (SQLAlchemy)
Autogen of UML and dokumentation (UML worked very porly, no good modules)
