There are differences between dcjs@v5 and

In dcjs@v5 there are no global variables in contrast to dcjs@4
Setters and getters are different across dc versions
Entire filters, colors, and data helpers has been moved to adapters in v5
Filters are applied at the dimension level, not at chart levels.

Port these examples to v5.
