Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'format' of undefined at _dc (dc.js:273) at dc.js:5417 at dc.js:5420

i am the beginner for the dc.js lib i am trying to execute the the file it showing this error i dont know what i did wrong can any one help me to solve this issue my program is <!DOCTYPE html>

dc.js is not yet compatible with d3v4 (#1173); please use the last d3 in the 3.x series (3.5.17).

Additionally, unless you have legacy constraints, I suggest using either the stable dc.js 2.0.x versions, or the latest 2.1.x versions.
