Remove attestation object #32

Propose to remove attestation object and instead let meta take care of those attributes. Attestation object seems redundant.

As discussed today the attestation object should serve a a way to communicate from Authentic Source to the Authentic-Source Portal. The data in the attestation object is for display purpose only.

It is separate from the meta and attestation_data object as the content of te attestation object is not inteneded to make its way into the credential.
