Change Request regarding /upload #51

  1. attestation object: include valid_from & valid_to attributes representing the validity of the attestation in contrast to the validity information in the meta object which states the to be validity period of the credential
  2. identity object: rename family_name_at_birth and given_name_at_birth to family_name_birth and given_name_birth to match the current PID namespace
  3. meta object: remove first_name, last_name and date_of_birth as this information shall be and is specified in the identity object
  4. meta object - revocation object: change follow_up_credential to reference as functionality of this attribute can change/ be extended and shall be named more generic
