Change Request regarding /document/collect_id #53

  1. input identity object: rename family_name_at_birth and given_name_at_birth to family_name_birth and given_name_birth to match the current PID namespace
  2. output identity object: Remove object as this information is of no use for the issuer generic system at issuance
  3. output qr object: Remove object as this information is of no use in this advanced process step (qr is to be used in notification and portal; this endpoint is for issuance after qr is used)
  4. output attestation object: Remove object as it is of no use in this function. Information included is used to display in a user interface like portal - as of current OID4VCI Protocol this information can also not be passed for display in a Citizen-Wallet
