Cannot register at messages.moodle.net

I have a registered Moodle site but can't log in to messages.moodle.net and the Register link does nothing. How can I use this service?

@e-med I don't maintain messages.moodle.net, it belongs to moodle pty ltd :) I'm working on airnotifier hosting service at the moment, if you are interested, feel free to reach out to me hi@dongsheng.org
