What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load an input file
2.Choose the output folder
3.Hit "Convert" and it locks up...get error message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It won't seem to allow me to change the output folder....

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.05

Please provide any additional information below.

When I first tried to convert a file, it seemed to get a good head of
steam before stopping....I went in and reset the settings to default and
from that point on it just won't work.

It says "too many videos in the packet' or something of the sort...in the error
message.

More info, please. Operating system? Filename of the video file? Does it happen
with
every video file?
