Main library page lag #42

When ZoteroPreview is active, switching records on the main library page is incredibly laggy about 1-2 seconds to go from one record to the next. When ZoteroPreview is inactivated, switching records is nearly instantaneous. I am on Windows 10 with Zotero 7.09 (64 bit).

This is the same reason I stopped using this plugin.
