Style the Blog Teaser Page and View #36

Created some blog posts and comments, created menu for blog categories, changed "Tags" to "Key words" to match the psd mockup, wrote a new node--blog.tpl.php which still needs work on taxonomy. Began stylesheet (blog.css). Progress: approx 75% complete
