Cannot install Lion Editor Plugin to my memory stick #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When I click on the "install plugin" at the Lion Editor GUI
2.I have the right path ROOT/seplugins 
3.Whenever I try to click OK at the seplugins folder to install it the
error message appear. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that the plugin successfully installed to seplugins folder

What I see instead is an error message "the path is not on memory stick"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use CFW 5.00 M33 6, I use non-official memory stick(not MAGIC GATE)

Please provide any additional information below.
Could It have been a memory stick problem or what?

Additional detail:

I tried to solve the problem by manually copying the FFTsaveHook.prx file to
seplugins folder, but when I entered recovery mode and went to the plugins->, 
the
FFTsaveHook.prx ISN'T there at all...

please help.... :(
