US 9 Digit Patent Codes Not Pulling #2

US Patent Publication numbers (for example, US20100169826, which is "US" followed by a 4 digit year followed by 7 digit number) working fine and pulling correct records and correct status.

However, US Issued Patents (for example, US5189630, which is "US" followed by a 9 digit unique patent issue number) are not pulling at all.

this issue is resolved on the latest build.
