Fix Build Documentation, Improve Code Quality, CI and Requirements #33

Several changes in order to fix the documentation compilation and improve CI, code quality and fix requirements.

Fix and update documentation building in read the docs.
Move documentation from doc to docs.
Fix requirement versions in requirements.txt and requirements-dev.txt.
Update gitignore.
Update changelog.
Fix circleci testing config.
Enforced black styles to all python files.
Fix several flake8 errors and warnings.
Fix pdf math
Set table styles for pandas outputs.
