Coral Use? #10

Looking for some thoughts on how we might make this node use the google coral usb device - https://www.coral.ai/products/accelerator/

Seems like there is no node lib for it...but maybe I am missing something.

@ntableman, Just adding it here for completeness, in case anybody else is looking here for the same information as you. When you look in that discussion (to which you have provided a link), the Tensorflow team has been so kind to put this on their roadmap. So now we will have to wait patiently... Bart
