Replace AspeQT with webUSB #2

WebUSB can talk to the USB-TTL (FTDI) cable and provide Atari Peripheral (disk, modem, etc) over the web. Replaces AspeQT

WebSerial is better suited to directly connecting to SIO. Converting AspeQT floppy disk to WASM is possible path.
