Emphasize normality and checkerboard pattern #144

Comment from Jeff Slye: It isn’t clear why normality and nice checkerboards should be linked. The niceness doesn’t lend to any helpful intuitions when it comes to actual constructions later.

I need to emphasize left versus right cosets. I think Matt Macauley has a nice visual for this.
