Retool ordering of 4.29-4.38 (Spring 2018) relative to the remainder #96

This sequence of problems seems to be out of order from a few things that come after. Loosely speaking, I introduce Z_n and U_n, do a few things with them, revert back to the general situation, and then return to Z_n.

Numbering isn't the same as of Fall 2018. I'm not sure why I suggested this change. I'll likely ignore it unless I see a reason.
