The 2 Buttons on the header of the page are downloading the webpage itself, the github file.

I guess the url

should be just :

<a href="https://github.com/dcevm/dcevm/zipball/master"></a>

instead of:

<a href="https://github.com/dcevm/dcevm.github.io/zipball/master"> </a>

I'm willing to help on this, but couldn't really find where in this repo this button is located, if you can believe it.
